I have 5 years of end-to-end research experience and over 13 years in data analysis, specialising in mixed-method research: moderated and unmoderated, qualitative and quantitative, secondary research, and customer open-source analysis.
B2B and B2C environments: SaaS, insurance (e-commerce, automotive, healthcare), energy, advertising, entertainment (TV), and sustainability/ESG.
I have led hands-on research across: the US, Europe (incl. the UK), Australia, and South America, covering the full research cycle: defining questions and selecting methods to recruitment, fieldwork, analysis, reporting, workshops, and post-implementation measurement.
I build research practices from scratch, lead and mentor teams, and collaborated with designers, PMs, engineers, executives and global research agencies to help teams build better products and move the business forward by turning research and analysis into clear, compelling stories and insights.
After years of studying how people perceive companies, evaluating reputation, assessing brand strength and health, and analysing communication and internal social climate, I redirected my skills toward user experience.
I study psychology and enjoy photography, tennis, skiing, kitesurfing, pilates and Formula 1.
